quick reply.

hey, can you make it so that when I post a quick reply, it automatically gives you email notification? Before quick reply I would just hit the reply button and "email notification" would be checked. I'm so used to the quick reply, but whenever I do a quick reply, I have to go back and hit "Subscribe to thread" or else I'll forget about it.

Eh I don't like that idea. I don't wanna recieve an email every time someone replys to a thread that i replied to.

you can set it up to where you recieve email notification using quick reply on the new beta version of vbulletin..im not sure about this version

I'm sure there's a hack for that feature... the quick reply box on this version of vBulletin isn't a standard feature either. I probably won't bother because I don't think it's something most people use and as Katana200sx mentioned, it's available in the next version.

ic. well, I believe one of the forums such as maxima.org has a check box below the quick reply window. Maybe it could be an option in the options menu to allow notification durring a quick reply.

You can turn on notification for all your threads in the control panel. But I'm not going to do any further modifying of vBulletin with a newer version on the way.
