The florida one is nice (it adds 10hp ). I think Florida holds the record for the most available licence plate Themes. They have the classic silver with an orange, tri color, panther, Kennedy space center, Apple for Education, "Classic" (only for cars that are 25+ years old), "antique" (only for cars that are 40+ years old), and about 50 more.
florida has :jaguars, lighting, heat,marlins,choose life,agriculture and more they all add 10+ hp
they should make one that says this plate adds hp

Wow, those KY plates are gay as Hell. A smiley face, you've got to be kidding. I want a white plate with black letters and NOTHING else. Ours are terrible too though:

nah i dont think ud get any slack about the plate. here in sc, the plate design we had before the one that someone so beautifully photochopped lol..had our state bird on it. some dumbass was saying the picture wasnt completely accurate so they made accurate stickers of the bird that would cover the old one. how gay is that
Utah has some gay ones, the arches plate or the ski utah one. The one I like was only used for a short period of time with the olympics and they don't offer it anymore.

Nope, VA wins the competition for most boring license plate. White, blue letters, and blue VIRGINIA at the top. Although last year I think they added some "400th anniversary" stuff to the bottom.
And I also think VA has more varieties than FL.. we have 180.
