BUT, the fighting was HORRIBLE... computer generated just doesn't do it like the live action that was in the first one. Computer generated characters and backgrounds ruined it for me, but I guess how else are they supposed to do it? Some of it is getting a bit cheesy too, but I guess he is "The One", isn't he?
If Matrix 1 is a 10, this one is an 8, or maybe 9. Somewhere around there.

I liked it. The only cheesy part was when Morpheus was giving that speech at the temple. Dude can't act. Besides that though, it was good. 8 or 9 like you said.
There was a lot that I liked, but I can see why that temple part was hard... he had to scream while doing that, his voice sounded so different. The cheesy part I was referring to was Neo and Trinity at the end.

yup you pretty much said it. dont think he is human but a program.
maybe solved in revolutions? well the other guy that survived is smith of course. remember in the film smith transforms into him and teleports through the phone in neo's dream. So how did Smith survive the machines??
No, I think Smith is that guy that is sabotaging the human missions... the only survivor of that slaughter. That character did not appear until after Smith went through the phone.
As for Neo stopping the machines, that's a tough one. He said he felt different and did his magic, but then it drained all his energy. Maybe he has learned his abilities slightly in the real world, but if he tries to use them, it drains him. Hard to tell.
But, hell, now that I think about it, it was pretty deep, and hard to catch everything just like the first one. The scene with the architect was awesome. Especially when it was showing the previous 5 Neos' answers.

I thought it'd be more about the revolution of the slaves (humans), then the matrix crashes, yadda yadda yadda..
I bet the Matrix will get a Windows Blue screen of death!!

i think that the world that think is real is realy the matrix as well. because otherwise neo wouldnt have the powers outside the matrix as he does in it. thats the only possible explanantion for it

That might be it. The architect did say something about zion being rebuilt after each time the whole matrix was destroyed.
