Get a good cone air filter. You can get a K&N for less than 100. Improvements in sound, performance and appearance. Or, get those cheap strut tower bars on eBay - $30 will get you both the front and the rear! Even on a stock ride they make a nice, noticeable difference in handling and chassis solidarity.
Lots of stuff for our cars for $100 or less. But, you probably spent it already. Hopefully not on a hooker.
