How much for a 91 180k miles 240sx

hey guys,

I have a lady co-worker interested selling her 240sx, she's getting a G35 coupe.

It's a 1991 stock, white 240sx, she's the original owner, the clutch is sliping, but everything else works, even the AC, a few rusted areas, it's expected on a 12 years old car. She doens't smoke or anything, she says she used to go to the beach a lot during summer time, so, there are a lot of high way milages involved.

The car is located in North Jersey.

How much do you guys think she should ask for?

I'm not getting it... I was thinking about getting it for $500 but my parents are against, plus I live in a town house area... park spaces are limited.
I already have a car, I'm not planning on doing any SR20DET
projects.
I'm just researching the price for her since she doesn't know how popular her car is.
