It's one of those cars that I'd never buy myself, but would recommend to a friend. Personally I'd prefer the TSX, a little smaller & sportier but only 200hp.
Nice motor, but the transmission! Sportshift is no good whatsoever. The last Acura (other than the Integra/RSX and EL) to get a decent stick was the Vigor -- 5 speed, 5 cylinder, great suspension - very fun.
That is such a crappy name. Too many "types" and "specs"

edit: I don't want anyone to think I was offended. I am not. Thus was just a mock of all the hating that goes around. Sometimes I think good child/toilet/dirty humor is needed since its almost always funny (to me anyway).
