My strange list is a list of cars I'd love to own to build since they all pretty much suck in stock form.Here it is:Early Datsun 510 2 door,78-82 Chevy Malibu coupe, 78-82 Ford Fairmount 2 door sedan(with NO options, vinyl mat instead of carpet and vinyl bench seat), B13 Sentra 2 door(for AWD conversion), 70-72 AMC Hornet 2 door sedan,73-77 AMC Hornet hatchback.I love cars that can be bought for under $500 and made into something fun.

small hatch - benz b-class
SUV/pickup/crossover - none
I'm getting one of those Spirit R/Ts in the very near furture once I work out a few details. Yeah there is only 1208 made in 91 and evenless made in 92, those are the only two years it was made. The motor is shared with that of the Daytona IROC R/T. The heads were made and designed by Lotus and its the frist dodge to have a DOHC motor.
Just a little info about the car.
While were talking about turbo Mopars, don't forget the Dodge Shelby Lancer or the Shadow CSX(Carroll Shelby Xperimental),especially with it's VNT(Variable NozzoleTurbo)!
nismoserturbo - welcome to the board! I almost put the dodge colt turbo in - I used to have a non-turbo colt (then a civic, then my current 1600NX) - I always dreamed of doing a swap into that thing. Do you know anyone that's built up a turbo colt?

Back in 80s you could get a Turbo Colt straight off the dealer floor, or go for it's twin(at the time), the Mitsubishi Mirage (back when Mitsubishi was cranking out Conquests/Starions).

8.Dodge Spirit R/T- With 224 turbocharged horses pumping out of that Lotus tuned head this car was a force to be reckoned with at the time (1991)!
I watched a stock Spirit R/T run a blistering 16 second pass at Bandimere last year..... I'd sooner have a Daytona or a Lazer, lighter car with the same engine. Lotus tuned head my ass, it had about 2 psi more boost than the normal 2.2, the better to haul that heavy ass POS around. Easily adjusted higher with a boost controller, but what about the turbo. It was a T3, but it was Chryslers own version of it, with a 3 bolt mount..... Not to mention the turbo was right next to the firewall and that can cause it's own problems.
