60 seconds between posts?!?

You gotta be kidding me. I can read and post three times that fast on a lot of topics. Can't that be cut to 30 seconds at least? That'd still slow down spammers/bots and allow the rest of the intelligent world post at a normal rate. I'm waiting on every other post to get a word in edgewise here.

ive been feeling the same way... i was going to say something about it in the mod forum and kind of forgot. maybe now ill say something.
