No it is definitely Trading Places. It is toward the end of the movie when they are on the train and the Costume New Years Eve party is going on and Eddie murphy and the rest of the crew are dressed up to try and steel the orange reports from Mr. Beekes. I love Dan Akroyd as a Rasta.
