Exclamation Hostel...v.Movie Review

We decided to go watch the new Quentin Tarantino flick, Hostel, on Saturday.

This movie is awesomely sick...the weak stomached will need to stay home watching reruns of Full House or something.

The cast did well playing their parts and I didn't find a single dull moment...the movie's storyline picks up fast and you really don't know what's going on.

I would like to keep this thread spoiler-free so if you've seen it don't ruin it.

I recommend you go see it if you think you can handle a movie like SAW.

I was pretty happy to see Tarantino trying his hand at a gore flick, sounds like he nailed it. Haven't seen it yet, but as soon as payday gets here...

I don't get what you're saying...pointless? As in having no meaning? Have you ever seen Pulp Fiction? Resevoir Dogs? Every movie has a point and I highly doubt Quentin would be as successful if all his movies were 'pointless'.

Just my .02

Most of his movies are about character development, not about plot per se.

I hear it's a documentary on the bed-and-breakfast that Marvin opened a while back.

Yeah, he's just one of the producers. Kind of the same thing he did with "Hero".
