Post See y'all later!

...According to the National Weather Service:
Quote:
Winter Storm Warning from the National Weather Service:

...WINTER STORM WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 6 AM WEDNESDAY TO 6 AM CST THURSDAY...

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN FORT WORTH HAS ISSUED A WINTER STORM WARNING...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM 6 AM WEDNESDAY TO 6 AM CST THURSDAY.

FREEZING RAIN...SLEET AND POSSIBLY SNOW WILL DEVELOP DURING THE MORNING IN THE WEST AND SPREAD EAST ACROSS THE AREA DURING THE DAY...ENDING LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT. TOTAL ICE ACCUMULATIONS OF ONE QUARTER INCH CAN BE EXPECTED.

A WINTER STORM WARNING MEANS SIGNIFICANT AMOUNTS OF SNOW... SLEET...AND ICE ARE EXPECTED OR OCCURRING. STRONG WINDS ARE ALSO POSSIBLE. THIS WILL MAKE TRAVEL VERY HAZARDOUS OR IMPOSSIBLE.
In short, Texas will be getting iced this time tomorrow. Though I'm not afraid for my own driving on the ice but rather afraid of all the idiots down here that don't know how.

Wish me luck!

Even if it's the great MrEous driving on ice, it doesn't matter. Ice is ice and the friction between ice and tires is much less than any other substance (rain/snow)

God I could only imagine what would happen if it snowed in San Diego. The CIty would be one big car accident. When it rains in san diego just even a slight drizzle. THe police are so bogged down with car accidents they say not to call the police unless somebody is injured. I could only imagine if it snowed. ANd when I Say the city would be one big car accident I am not kidding. I don't even know how to get snow off my winsheild. I knew new winsheild wipers. Half my friends need new windsheild wipers too. Man it would literally be a catastrophy. We would need some aid from other cities seriously. Needless to say it would be pretty awsome I want to see what would happen.

Well good luck. If Dallas is a desert like San Diego then good luck buddy and drive safely.

Yeah Raleigh freaks out too. If the news says we might get a 1/2" of snow, the grocery stores get mobbed. And the only thing everyone buys is bread, eggs and milk, like the snow means you have to make french toast or die. I don't get it. The news anchors say things like "Icicles, while beautiful, can be DEADLY".
