Saw this on digg, putting it out there if anyone can help. Looks like its in the beginning stages. I'm going to try and convince a frieght company to pick up and ship to refugee centers, I'm sure that's of stuff out here that could be sent out, but shipping would be expensive. (if anyone has a line on that, let me know, that'd be awesome!).

I do have a contact that could possibly help with freight, but it would have to be pallets of stuff, or even boxed up, versus just pc's getting stacked in a truck.....

That would be awesome, yeah, no pallets and boxes would be the way it would ship.

It looks like this all in the beginning stages. I'm going to put the word out some more, I have faith that once people know about it, that they'll come through, Americans always do.

As immediate needs get addressed, these folks are going to need to use the internet to contact loved ones, go to FEMA's site, find jobs, etc.

.....it figures something like this comes AFTER I throw away/givev away spare computers. About 5-9 full systems I had been saving cause they are too slow to do most anything BUT surf the web, but everyone wants NEW, and I hate throwing away stuff that works fine.



Oh well.
