thanks for the support. I don't have $1000 just to do the front, that's why I'm spending it on upgrading ALL my brakes.

do you do any type of racing? I can't see justifying the price of swapping out the rears when most of the stopping is done with the front brakes anyways...

I autoX whenever there's a local event going on. I jus hate rear drums. My main reason for changing out the rears is b/c pads are way easier to replace than shoes. I want to be eble to do my own brakework and I hate drums. I also like the look of rear discs and I want to get the maximum power out of the rear brakes as possible. I may someday in the future upgrade the fronts, I jus want to have all around better braking.

I need to upgrade no matter what. My front rotors keep warping b/c they're so fucking weak and the brakes feel like shit. My mom won't even drive in my car until I fix my brakes and I'm not gonna spend another $100-250 to fix up my stock brakes jus so I can go through this shit all over again.

I agree with Justin. I'm doing my rear brakes too...do I race? No, but I dont feel the fronts alone will be good. Right now my drums are gooooooone, so I see the need for either repairing the drums, or just getting disks. My new approach to modding is "if it feels broke, upgrade it". Also, I think I'll just go ahead and change the front pads too...they're not severely worn yet, but I've been riding on just the fronts for a little while now...Even drove 900 miles last weekend with just the fronts.

I for one would like to see the $850 full upgrade. I've never seen a writeup on the Altima M/C for instance, so for what its worth, you've got my support, 1997!
