Hey Mike, nice job on the radiator, I was kind of waiting for someone to come out with it and now it is there. I will be ordering one very soon especially since you said it made a difference.

Quick question for you, I know that carbon fiber hoods keep alot of heat in, how hot is it under the hood and does it effect the car in any way?

original question....

I think an all around type...but if I were to pick one it will be road/track... show... We really don't want to get into weighing every little thing and tearing out parts for weight reduction. Just an all around stupid fast GA... with clean looks.

I went back through the past issues of NPM. I noticed in the underdrive pulley installation you guys said: Unorthodox does not push the underdriving effect to keep the charging system, power steering moving fast enough for the daily driver. You said this car would be a street car, so my question is how adversely would this pulley affect a daily driver. I would be interested in this but I dont want to have to worry about my battery ding or the a/c not working.

We have driven the car on a daily basis since that installation. Under just about every imaginable condition. No adverse effects what so ever..

The comment from the article is stating that UR does not push the underdriving effect... in other words it is designed for daily driving applications..

Actually this car is a street car... and we have no plans to change that...

if you plan to take it to the track which i thought in the above statement that it was a street/track car....when do you predict you will run 1/4 mile times....and what is your expectation in 1/4 mile times just out of curiousity even if you dont run it.

I really don't want to predict a time... but there are formulas you can use to predict times...

Once we are ready we will get some time slips...count on it..

I looked at the JWT website, they only have ecu from 95-97. Is there something different with the 98-99 ecu?

Well I guess that would depend on the your knowledge and capabilities.

If you can install a CAI, header, and ecu then you should be able to do it... There may be a clearence problem if you are installing the intercooler, depending what bumber cover you have.. We had to grind down the edges a little in the middle lower section of the bumper cover to allow room for it.

Hotshot should supply installation procedures with the kit.....
