Project 200SX pumps 233 whp!

Thats right 233 wheel hp on 91 octane pump gas. This is so far to my knowlege the most powerful GA16DE powered car ever built. All this with a stock untouched bottom end and cylinder head! If we had the time and some race gas, 250 might be possible.

This is just a teaser, if you want to know how we did it, stay tuned for your next issue of NPM! Sorry Mike Young.

You know it's because of this project that I am not getting rid of my GA16DE I had other plans for it engine wise before but they have changed since keeping up with this project. Keep it coming.

233 / 0.77

Calculating for a 23% drive train loss, that's officially 304 crank horses. That's TT 300ZX comparible there.

12's on stock bottom end, here we come.

Now just imagine forged rods and pistons to compliment the nice forged crank we get for free.

A fwd car has more like 15% drivetrain loss. The stock rods are forged as well.

Mike's right...but hey Mike remember our basline... 89-90hp on a rated 115 at the crank.. if the Nissan number was correct it does calculate to like 22% loss give or take....at least on the basline.. but your number is probably more accurate at the high power.. ::shrug::

So you're saying we would lie? Mike K would lie? NPM would lie??? Get real............ exactly how would we benefit from lying?

gezzz..There's one in every crowd... ...

maybe go back and read the past issues of the project...then wait until next issue for the dyno of the latest round of upgrades... as Mike stated...the release of the info was a tease... stay tuned ...

So is it 15 or 22? I don't care either way, it's still too fast for our own good, which is why you should keep going.
