I posted this question in the B15 section of the forum, but I figured since all of the NPM cars (well, at least four or so) are using OZ Superleggera wheels, I might as well post here too.
Q: Since I have fallen in love with these exact wheels (well, any OZ's, though I am most partial to the 'leggera's), I was wondering if what all good/bad you have to say in regards to their effectiveness. I know their spec's on paper, but what are the driving impressions you all have from these specific wheels.
I am planning on obtaining some for my Spec-V in the future ("crossing fingers") but I would still like to have your expert opinions on their quality, ride, and usefullness.
Thanks all, and keep up the excellent work. Peace.
Hey myoung I just emailed you reguarding these wheels. I would love a set for my new project p10 but tirerack.com is asking $350/piece. Considering my budget that isn't going to work. Any info on where to get them a bit cheaper by chance?
Thank You very much, Peace.

I'll dido what Young has said. They are extremely strong! I hit an FIA curb pretty hard while road racing Project SE-R turbo and the wheel is still true. The hub centering ring is also a nice feature as it helps ensure proper lug tightening.
I would recommend these wheels to anyone just for function alone but the light weight and style make it a no brainer.
The Supperlegga are on sale for $169.00/piece from O.Z. just called the florida office the other week before I got a set of Rota sub-zeroz for $500. When You call O.Z say you saw the Supperlegga were on sale via their web site (which they are, in addition to the F1-Cup evo). It will be about 80 bucks for shipping (to CA) + 30 for lugs.
A lot of the WRC rally cars use OZ wheels if that's any indication.
Khiem

Bea, old thread but I've said before OZ makes the nicest wheels and the Superleggera is a prime example of light weight, strength and looks. Too bad I was too broke and wound up buying ADR.
