Well, here's the long explanation......If you were to purchase everything I've used, from the turbo kit with polished aluminum intercooler piping, thermal coating options for the manifold and turbo, polishing the turbo, thermal wrapping the custom downpipe, custom fabbing the downpipe, 3" exhaust, 3" inlet muffler, Walbro fuel pump, larger injectors, Nismo fuel pressure regulator, GT28R turbocharger, bar and plate intercooler, forge 007 diverter valve, custom oil and water lines, and custom drilling/tapping of the oil pan...................You'd most likely be looking at close to $5000-6000.
Figure close to $500-600 for the e-manage equipment and harnesses, which I installed myself along with the clutch and flywheel and entire kit with the extras, and installed the extrude honed intake manifold.
Then around $350 for the wideband oxygen sensor setup I use to tune via laptop.
Now, as a disclaimer, I use all new parts on the entire setup. New, good quality parts mean reliability.
Keep in mind the current power figures do not represent the power with the extrude honed cylinder head installed. We expect that to easily push us over the 200whp mark at a mere 7psi of boost on the GT28R. Once that install is done and tuned, we'll start increasing the boost to see how it responds.
ok... so i could say that an approximation of the total cost would be around 7500$ US (unfortunately, for my wallet, it would mean 'round 10 000$ CDN)... and all that is only for parts... no installation fees included. well, that's interresting... thanx.
no prices were found @ extrudehone.com. Just curious, but 1) do you have to contact them for quotes? and 2) was your extrude honed mani a sponsor part?

edit: I meant head
NPM gives you the info to research the price and parts..
Take a 1989 pulsar ca18de and put the transmission and rear axle and driveline from a 4x4 stanza. add 20 pounds of boost and intercooler cause the only room under hood is where turbo and intercooler would go. 300 HP. less than 2000 pounds. all wheel drive.
