my main comment would be, i would think its hard to get featured when you have several other ga16det's in the mag that are produce big numbers. but you do have every chance of being featured. It just takes time, they just dont pick it off them whim and bam you are featured, there is a process invovled that takes time

I figure I might as well mention this now. If NPM is interested, awesome; if not, no biggie.

I have a red 2002 Nissan SE-R Auto. The current installed modifications related to performance are:
-HotShot Cold Air Intake
-VRS catback exhaust with 2.5 inch piping and 14 inch Magnaflow Muffler
-NGK Irridium IX Spark plugs
-Energy Suspension Polyurthane Motor Mount Inserts
-Goodrich Stainles Steel braided brake lines
-Motul Dot 3 Racing Brake Fluid
-Carbotech Bobcat Pads
-17 inch wheels with Yokohama AVS ES100 tyres
-Optima Yellow Top Battery (750 CCA) with all positive and grounds ran in Monster 4 guage wire
-All AMSOIL synthetic fluids
The performance work is done between the great guys at Stemar Motorsports, my friend Ibe who is an absolute car genius and myself.

The current installed modifications not related to performance are:
-Pioner Premier Head Unit
-Pioneer Premier front component speakers
-Pioneer 4 way rear speakers
-Kicker KX1200.1 mono amp
-Kicker 12L74 Solo Baric
-Monster 1 Farad Digital Capacitor
-Blue neons under the front driver and passanger seats hardwired to a switch in the center console
-Escort Passport 8500X50 Blue, hardwired with smartcord wired in the center console as well
-SE-R emblem on the front grill in place of the doughnut
-PIAA X'Treme White Plus, headlights and foglights (4150k)
-15 inch antenna, slightly thicker than the OE unit but almost less than half the length
-17 Inch ADari Racing Battle Exe Wheels
-Red Stemar Motorsports Decal on the front windshield

I build the car as I go along and get the time and money. It is not a fast process and not a slow one either. It is rather predictable and gradual. I would be lying if I didn't say much of the influence on what I buy is thanks to NPM so some blatent similarities may be seen to your existing Spec V project. Infact; NPM, a few guys on the board and Steve Stemar of Stemar Motorsports have provided me with much knowledge and are by far the biggest influences over what goes in my car. In the next month, an AEBS header and JWT BSR will be added.

When the car is complete, it will be as follows:

-HotShot Cold Air Intake
-AEBS 4-2-1 header with midpipe and high flow cat
-VRS Exhaust w/ 2.5 inch piping
-Custom fabricated camshafts
-Energy Suspension Motor Mount Inserts
-Unorthodox Racing Pully
-Balancer shaft removed with JWT kit
-SAFC and dyno tuning by Steve Stemar
-NGK Irridium Spark Plugs, a step colder
-50-75 Wet Nitrous System
-Import Performance Transmission full automatic rebuild
-NISMO suspension kit
-NISMO Lower Tie Bar
-NISMO Rear Sway Bar
-Goodrich Stainless Steel Braided Brake Lines with Motul RBF600
-Carbotech Bobcat pads
-Carbotech custom fabricated rotors
-Yokohama A032R Tyres
-All AMSOIL fluids
-Optima Yellow Top Battery with full 4 guage all around

The audio will be finished and a Kicker component amp will join its 1200.1 beastly brother to power a component system. The amps will be inside the wheel well with red mirrored glass all around. The sub will have a custom install. The component system will most likely be an MB Quart Premium set. This work will be done by The Tweeter in Towson, MD.

I generally don't talk about my future plans because people generally say it is nothing more than talk. People can believe what they want but my car is a working progress. Modifications keep me interested and enjoying the car so I go at a steady pace and buy the nicer products. I keep the body in perfect condition and I am often complimented on it. Although I recently had a body issue, it is being corrected now and then the car will be flawless. The paint looks better than it did when I bought it.

I just figured I would ask to see if some point down the road, interest may arise. Wow, this is a long post; if anyone has read this to the end, thanks for reading.
