writing to sarah the editor for help

if i write an email to her should expect an answer back or does she only answer the letters that are published in the magazine?

I answer as many emails as I can but mostly just the ones that are published (time constraints). I get hundreds of emails a month but I know if you have a specific question, posting on here could get you your answer. There are some really intelligent people on here! If this were only my full time job...
