Hey guys, doesn't look like too many read the new member forum, but oh well.
I used to own a couple of S13 Silvias, both started as CA18de autos, and ended up RB30e manuals (Silvias converted to RB20DE-RB30DET have been done to death over here now, its nothing unusual to see them). Great fun to drive though! The first one I did took about a year from the CA blowing the bottom end to being a street legal RB(legalish, it got a warrent of fitness anyway) (Crashed it into a tractor of all things, wrote it off). The second one I completed in just 2 weeks, live and learn ahy?

Well, I moved away from my home town of Kaitaia in New Zealand to the big smoke of Auckland, NZ, and had a lovely daughter with my partner.
So needing the room, and the RB S13 was a little impractical, I sold it (the new owner rolled it and wrote that one off too) and bought a 1995 A32 Cefiro 2.5ltr auto, with a factory kit (I think you guys have them badged as Maximas).
Its got most of the normal mods, mags, lowered, tinted, wheel spaces, Xplod system, pod filter and pod heat sheild.
I like it, its got style and is quite a large car, but its not going to win any drags.
I'd love to go VQ25DET and manual, the engines seem to be becoming popular now, so I'll give people time to crash them, then start seriously looking.
I've looked at just going manual for now, as its only NZ$1500 for all the conversion parts. But its not very practical as my car doesn't see much over 60kph for two to three weeks at a time.
Anyways, I feel like I'm rambling now.
I look forward to picking your brains to get some ideas and tech help on the A32.
