I just purchased a 2002 Nissan Sentra SE. The check engine light came on last week...Of course the dealer want to charge me $50 to put it up on the computer for diagnosis...I know there is a way I can retrieve the code from the computer myself without going to the dealer, but cannot figure out how to do it...Any assistance is greatly appreciated...
Welcome to NF! You could always go buy the scanner from any auto parts store for about the same price. Check the Sentra section of the forums and they could help you out better than I could.
