The guy at Stillen said people have done it in their shops with other turbos just to say they can do it, but the reason they are not going to make one is because the engine WILL blow in a short amount of time after the turbo is put on. Kinda sucks i know, but hopefully i have answered your question and write me back if u have found out anything that i havnt about turbos for 2004 SpecV's.

wow, you are WAY off. there ARE turbo kits AND bolt ons.
Thank you for being a newbie and not reading around before you post.
I happen to personally know a 2004 Spec V owner who has a turbo kit installed and running on his car and can tell you WHO sold him the kit!
use the search button before you make outrageous claims please.
Also, if you're SMART about your turbo kit and don't increase the boost past the settings given in the kit, your engine will be perfectly reliable. Sounds like you need to do your research on the QR25 instead of speaking to a couple huge companies and callin it quits.
