Horn not working.

Any one have any ideas why the horn wont work when I press on the steering wheel but it works when the factory alarm goes off just fine.

then it must be the connections behind the steering wheel which close the electrical loop to sound the horn

I checked all the wires for any breakage but didn't see any thing, then proceeded to get out my voltage tester and checked the continuity and voltage of the steering wheel and wires. If any one has a diagram or somthing more detailed as far as, where the main power wires go to the wheel please let me know.
