I need help ASAP!

ok im really dumb i cant get my new cd head unit to work becuase i cant find the ground and power wire for the old cd unit all i have is the 4 sets of speaker wires 2 interior lighting wires the big antenna wire and 2 fuse wires i cant get power to my head unit because thier is no ground or power wires that i can find tried the fuse wires and that didnt work any suggestions pictures diagrams would be great!

if i'm correct which i may not be , i think the red wire is the power ; i just extened the ground wire a conected it to a screw where the plastic frame goes.
