This is gonna be fun...

My Son-In-Law just gave me his 1989 240SX that has been setting up (outside) for the past 6 months. All original everything w/ about 192K on the odometer.

Engine has had some work. Runs pretty tight but looks like it has seen better days. Gonna start w/ the essentials and replace the entire brake system first. Gonna changeout all bushings next. After that, I plan to give the engine a good going over and follow that w/ revamping ALL the cosmetic "shtuff".

The last project car I worked was a 66 Mustang back in the mid-70's. I'm excited about diving into this one for a little fun.

Right now the game plan is to get back up & running, make sure my frame and suspension are solid, and to do some minor cosmetic repairs.

After that, I'm leaning toward a sr20det swap. My "budget" is shoestring to say the least. I intend to take my time for now.
