sunroof leak

My gf has an '02 Altima with a nasty leak. In a moderate rain, the carpet is soaked (both sides/front), and there is water standing in any depression in the floorboards/frame. I did a search and checked the TSB's and didn't come up with anything. Also, she had it in for service once for a leak that they said was caused by clogged weepholes (causing a leak into sunroof control panel), and they blew out the weep holes. Anyone know how the weephole drains are connected? Could they have been blown off?

I can't think of any other leak (other than sunroof) that would cause so much water on both sides? My guess is that the whole interior is going to have to be pulled, and a good portion of it replaced. Any one out there with a similar problem? TIA
