hi mys. your 240sx's ka24de engine has 155 crank hp and 160 lb-ft of torque stock. while you can put a ram air intake, headers, and cat-back exhaust on this engine, it might not get you enough power to outrun a turbo talon, especially if he's awd. i don't have any info on it, but it looks like a turbo kit may be available for the ka24de. but as typerplayers said, you can also do a complete engine swap with an sr20det which already comes with a turbo, effectively turning your 240sx into a jdm silvia k's. this engine is far more popular for performance applications, and i hear that the stock internals can take upwards of 300whp with more boost, more than sufficient to smoke stock turbo talons. suffice it to say, this combo of silvias with sr20det is much more popular in the jdm than dsm cars because silvias can be tuned to hell and back and have been known to pack 500hp's! not to mention that silvias are the undisputed drift kings, if you care to do more than straight lines for time slips. i used to own a '96 240sx, i envy you! good luck with your mods
