Boost controllers come in all shapes + sizes + prices. What are your plans, how much boost are you gonna run, do you alreay have a boost shutoff timer, if yout, you could get a boost controll setup which has both.

im thinkin id like to run 12's to 12's to high 11's if possible with my rb25det in my 91 240. ive got an intercooler and downpipe so far. im really fond of drifting and i love to do it so a shut off thingy would be pimp. ne suggestions wound be nice. thanx

P.S. i havent been out to the track yet and wont be able to post times for my car yet.

I don't know to much about what a stock RB25 can handle as far as psi, but I would check out some of the more major boost control companies (blitz, HKS, Apexi) I'm not sure about the cheaper units, but the best is sure to do well, if you wanna spend the dough. The Boost shutoff timer is simply a timer which makes your car idle for another minute or two after you shut off your car. This allows the Turbo to cool off internally, so that you have a steady decrease in temp inside the turbo, as apposed to the hot - cold - hot - cold back and forth, which will evetually kill a good turbo.

Hope that helps.
