Hood

My hood will not pop up like it supposed to when I engage the hood release?

it sounds like the cable connected to the latch need to be tightened. some times they loosen up. or the latch could be preseant.

Try having someone pull up on the hood as you giggle and mess with the hood release. If this doesn't work, and the cable snapped, there are ways you can locate the cable (under the front bumper, through the grill, etc.), and pull it to release.
