Hard/Chirping Shift 2-3, 3-4

I drive a 2001 Sentra GXE with a little over 50K. I started noticing that the gears shift harder through 2nd to 3rd gear and then 3rd to 4th gear. I also, notice that either the trans is chirping or something else on the body is, but it only chirps through those gears that are harder. I have always drove it hard even though its an automatic. I have not changed the tranny fluid. Anyone, have any ideas on what it is/what I should do?!?

I've got a 97 240sx le and i've got some hard klunks and chips from 2-3, 3-4, 4-5. And I did change my MTX gear oil. Stupid Ka20 engine//tranny.
