in the july issue of sport compact car, there's an informative article about performance mods for the spec v, it's a must read for people who are planning to mod. note that performance specs for different brands are somewhat similar, and you'll see differences posted in the b15 and qr25 forums. i didn't mention things that are still in development like the jim wolf technologies ecu, cams, and pistons, nor some of the nismo items that will go on sale this coming monday but may not be shipped until july 1st (like the cams and the lower tie bar). i also deliberately avoided listing forced induction, as some of these appear to still be in development (although there may be a few lucky spec drivers out there with turbo kits in their rides, some of which are home made). check out the ad banners at this site for some of the go-fast parts i mentioned, you should at least get an idea what they run. good luck modding your spec!

stillen used to have a good rep with their z cars, but i've heard some negative comments about their b15 sentra stuff. i hear the headers have bad welds and fitment issues, and someone mentioned that their lightweight flywheel is jacked. i notice they're advertising those apc retro taillights (even before they were out), and their aero kit is, well, unique. from what i've read on forums, stillen isn't very popular with the sentra crowd. that said, their header comes with the downpipe that replaces the cat, one of the few cat eliminators out there for race applications. stillen used to be almost exclusively nissan, but lately they're covering other makes more and more. do a search on the sentra forums for folks' experiences with stillen
