what causes a "pressure oil leak"?

I'm about to buy a 1996 Nissan 200SX SE with 130,000 miles from a friend.

He says the only problem with it is a "pressure oil leak".

Anyone have any ideas what part may be causing that problem? Is this a common problem area? easy fix?

You sure it wasnt a oil pressure sender leak. If thats what it is, its pretty easy to fix. You just need to buy a new sensor.
Search oil leaks on the fourms and see what comes up. I know its been talked about before, a lot.
