lost maxima keys

I lost my maxima keys and nissan does not have my code on file. Is there any other way I can gain access to my key code? It is a 2000 and I do not want all of my locks replaced...too expensive. Can someone help me out

the keys usually come with a small metal tag on the chain. Provided you put the tag in a safe place, it is possible for nissan to use the number on the tag to get you a replacement. I;m sure nissan can maybe find the code with the VIN number.

How did you lose them? Did you lose them in your house or did you drop them down a sewer? you should keep both keys seperate.

I bought the car used and the previous owner only had one key. My key was "Stolen" at the post office...or severely misplaced. Nissan does not have the code on file at all for my VIN number...I tried all possible areas already...just looking for one more
