Versa 08 problems fuel pump/injector/gauge

I just wanted to know if anyone else has experienced starter problems or problems with their fuel pump/injector?
After 3 months of driving my car, it began to not want to start on the first try. The problem continued to get worse that I had to go have it checked by the dealer. Being a new vehicle they thought I was crazy when I said it would not start 9/10 of the time. They hooked it up ran a diagnostic and found nothing. They told me they put a fuel cleaner in because I may have had gotten bad gas or moisture in my tank...
Again 2 weeks later and still having the same problem more frequently. Plus my car was starting to actually die after I finally got it started. So back to the dealer I go...
After basically pleading with them to do a more in depth search they found that my fuel pressure was only building up to 30%, thus not starting the vehicle on the first attemps.
They replaced my fuel pump and everything was fine...until my gas gauge got stuck in the full position.
So now I am going back for a third time.
I guess I am just wondering if anyone else has had the same problems.
I love my car, but its getting to the point where I should have stuck with my 05 Hyundai Accent.
I heard that Nissans were great cars, but this being my first with so many problems out of the box, Im weary on how good they really are...
