LOL I`ve just been through the exact process. slightly long winded but i got there. the popular choice is

register at this site (10 mins max) and then you can upload your images to the website. once uploaded, they are displayed in a gallery and uder every picture there are three links to it. cant remember what the other two are, but the one you want is the URL (www. etc) either write it down or highlight and copy it (ctrl + c). come back to the forum of your choice and start a thread. at the top of the text window, just under "size", is a yellow icon with what looks like a mountain in it. click this icon and type or paste (ctrl + v) the URL into the text field. click ok and ur done dude
