How do I post something in the classifieds?

Hello everyone,

I am a newbie here so please be gentle.

I am a webmaster / software engineer.

I wanted to post an ad for a premium domain name in the classifieds area related to Nissan. However, I could not locate a "new thread" button on the classifieds section. What am I missing?

Hi blogshift, I'm new here also. There is an initiation, of sorts, before you can post in the classifieds section. This is put into place to discourage classified-ad spammers.

The initiation "dues" are reading THIS thread from beginning to end. THIS thread is extra-credit reading.

WARNING: You may want to consume massive quantities of beer before reading.

Other than that, make a few posts and wait a week so (I think?) and you will have the ability to post in the classifieds section.

That's sort of a catch-22 in my case. I need to sell another vehicle before I get another Nissan (hopefully), but before that happens I won't really have anything specific to post about or questions to ask.

So in the mean time, I'll just hang out here, sort of like the Wal-Mart greeter.

And when I want to kill off some extra brain cells, I'll just read some of zx300's posts.
