Bought a 01 XE. Questions to follow....

Sup guys, Im from Kitchener, Ontario and I just bought a 2001 Nissan Sentra XE. Its black, with a 5 spd, and an ugly body and shit motor. Now, obviously, Im new here. However, Im a member at many other forums so I know how to use the search feature. Ive tried and tried, but I cant get a proper thread for my question, so if someone could point me to a thread or site, or give me tips, that would be great. Anyways, here it goes:

I would like to do an almost complete conversion of my 01 XE to a 02 Sentra SE-R Spec V. I would like to swap the following:

- Bumpers, fenders, wing, and side skirts
- Q16 (cant recall off hand what engines name is. Its the 1.8L) to SR20DE(T?) and 6 speed transmission
- Rims and tires
- ECU
- Gauges...my XE has no RPM gauge in the dash, so I would like that put in

Now, Im wondering if its a straight swap. I will not be doing it, I dont have quite the technical ability or availablity of a garage, and I would like to do it over time (budget constraints). Thanks gents.
