Well I don't know if everyone already knows about this place but, I was impressed with how much they know and do with Nissan performance. They had 3 or 4 turbo nissan cars there and they acually had Nissan performance parts on the shelf. I had a great time talking and buying from them. I just could not believe that they knew what the hell I was talking about when I said sr20de and sentra se-r. Well I just wanted to let everyone know because I was having a hard time getting parts and when I could get them they had to be ordered. The place is Performance Centers of America (PCA) in East Hartford. I'm just happy I found a place that doesn't tell me if it ain't a Honda they can't get the parts. Thanks
I also went to XXTuning in wethersfield which seems reasonable and good knowledge. Two of the owners own Nissan Se-rs with turbos on them. They have quite a few parts and are knowledgeable and licensed with various companies including Tein. Got my stuff installed and tuned there.
I'm going to have to check them out too. The reason I made this post is because I had no clue where to get parts besides the internet. I was getting sick of trying to get parts at advanced auto and pep boys they had no parts and didn't know crap. I like to talk to someone and acually see them when I buy something. I had never walked into a place that knew that I was talking about and it made me feel good when I found one. I think there is another one called J+M motorsports but, I can't get in touch with them. They are in Meriden about 10 min from were I work so, that would be ideal for me to do biz with them. Well, I guess I just wanted other locals to have a resource on were to get parts froms people that actually know and drive Nissans. Thanks

I believe J+M is owned by Mark Merliss who you can find on the sr20.net forums. Hes got a turbo'd blue 200sx. I dont know how big they are or how reputable but i know hes got a nice car. The place they own is hard to see from the road but is right at the crossing where North Colony Road meets the Berlin Tpk, its a brown building. I live like 5 minutes from there.
I work on the pike towards meriden. Mark does own it and yes it is very hard to find. I went their last Sat and no one was their, Just a whole bunch of Hondas??? I left a message on his answering machine, I am waiting to hear from him. I also heard his car is very quick. I would like to do biz with him being that he is a big Nissan guy. I also think that being that he is on the forums helping people out, we should help him out by doing biz with him. Hell I would rather spend my money at a small local shop than a big corperate one any day.
