Winter Recess -shop- Queens NY.

The winter is here. I know all you guys are looking for a spot to do your mechanical work. Well I have some good news and some bad news. The good news is that I am turning my Garage into a mechanic shop for the winter. The Spot will be open from Friday to Sunday almost every weekends. The garage is heated an has the ability to hold two cars. E- mail me at -teamserious@aol.com - for pictures. This is NOT a teamserious shop. All makes and models of cars are welcome. The bad news is the spot will only be open Friday, Saturday and Sunday...and the cost for labor is very cheap. You supply the car the parts and cost for labor. I will do the work. At the bottom is a list of jobs I’ll would like to start with then move to bigger and more intensive work. The shop has all the basic tool and the Air compressor.

Oil Change.
Tune Ups.
Axles -new, I can send them out to get rebuilt.
Any brake jobs. Including master cylinder, calipers, drums in the back and pads up front and bleeding the system. Hub jobs also.
Shocks and struts jobs. Upgrade suspension or just stock suspension.
Water, Power steering pumps. Alternator and A/C compressor changes.
We install tranny. Install clutch, flywheel, clutch cables. Etc..
Anything in the head. Cams, lifters etc... We also install motor heads.
Muffler system. Like installing a cat backs or headders etc.
Timing belt changes.
Fuel pump. Regulator, Rail, filter ..etc
Radiator change or fix

Some items are missing...this list is off the top of my head.

I will work any type of a job that is no more than 1 -2 days worth of work.

I hopping this work so I can make some money to invest in tools and help for bigger jobs like weld custom muffler system. Motor swaps ,Changing rings and pistons....these jobs are basically classified as Major repairs.

hey, i am looking to get a tranny cooler installed. how much would this cost me? also i am looking to get an egt, tranny temp and a fuel pressure gauge installed. how much for these to get put in?

Hmm. This is interesting... i'm trying to track down a spot to work on my car. Its a bit far for me (in central NJ), but I haven't found anything else yet. I know you are looking to do the work, but I was wondering if you would be willing to rent out some floor space for a day? I actually have all my own tools, even.
