Motorhead1 NissanForums Newbie Join Date: Sep 2004 Posts: 2	87 Sentra idle control system This has the E16 2bbl engine. The idle speed has a mind of its own. It will rev up without warning at any time hot or cold. I have narrowed it down to the vacuum control modulator or ECM. After unplugging the VCM, the idle is fine but of course makes no allowances for being in drive or having the A/C on. Is anyone familiar with this system? I hate to "throw money" at it. Thanks
