i need help.... my 300zx (86) is being very annoyingly weird. for some reason the rpms wont go past 2grand. its almost like their is a cut off of some sort. it wont even let me get on it, the car will almost die when i do. here are the things i have done to try and fix it.... i have changed the fuel pressure regulator (btw is that suppose to be a pain to change?? cause those hoses are not a joke to get back on). i also got a used ecu off another z in the junk yard but that didnt help either. i even bought a new mass airflow sensor, not cheap!! still the car dont work! grrrrrr!!!!! i need some advice please. any advice will be great for me right now. i dont want to have to take it to the dealer just to find out its something stupid that'll cost me a fortune cause now i'm broke... if you reading this, thanks for your time
