I need help with mods!!!

I have just bought an 94 se-r with jdm engine. the se-r came new exedy clutch, energy suspension motor mounts, white faced gauges, H&R springs, and a Jgy Valve adjustment. What should be the next Steps I should take to make this a successful project. I would like to go all motor but all suggestions are welcome. Thanks By the way all of this was under $1200 including the car. The jdm engine is still on a crate.
