I stopped in at andrew nissan on Silver Spring yesterday and got prices on a shift boot, and new front emblem.

Emblem -32.99
They printed a reciept and those were Nissan list prices. The suggested mark up was to 36.80 and 39.99 respectively.

Now those are two parts that are pretty far apart on the "things that go together" spectrum, so Im guessing that represents how all their parts are priced.
As far as service, quickness, and overall customer service...I have no idea..Ive had my nissan for a week
