Wisconsin members?

Hey whats up... I am looking to see if anyone on the forum is from washington county or anywhere near... A few of us over at sr20deforum.com are looking to get a southern wisconsin meet going sometime soon... we have like 10 people so far and would like more...

May 18th there is going to be a Meet. The exact place has not yet been decided. Concidering a place between Milwaukee and Madison. What do you guys think of Aztalan State Park between Lake Mills and Johnson Creek? We can reserve a shelter and have a big cookout. I know we can grill there. I looked at the calendar there are no holidays or anything on that weekend. It's the weekend after Mother's Day and before Memorial Day. It should be a good day. I have been talking to Josh (jp134) and we really want this to happen. We will work on organizing everything to make this happen. Give us some input.

What do you guys think?

Sounds good to me. Coincendentally, Import wars 2 is on that same day. Though I'd want to get a thing or two for my car before going back.

Alright guys. THe Aztalan Park is out. There is a fee to reserve the park and every car has to have the $5 park sticker in their window.
Do you guys know of any parks that we could meet/cookout, that is between Madison and Milwaukee? What about any performance shops in Waukesha that might let us put on the Meet at their shop? We could have our Meet and they could possibly make some sales of parts. I really want to have a WI meet. We have to make this happen.

MY BUDDIES OWN A SHOP IN BUTLER (MILWUAKEE) THEY MIGHT BE UP FOR IT I WOULD HAVE TO ASK OR WHAT WE SHOULD DO IS HAVE THE MEET AT IMPORT WARS 2 WE GET THERE WHEN IT OPENS, SHOW OUR CARS AND RACE IF WANTED AND IM SURE WE COULD ALL GET TOGETHER THERE AND IF WE WANTED TO GET SOME LIKE TEAM STICKERS MADE I COULD TAKE CAR OF THAT BUT ILL LET EVERYONE DECIDE IF THEIR UP FOR THAT

Alright guys. I found a park. It's pretty close between Madison and Milwaukee in Oconomawoc. The park is Roosevelt Park. It is Hwy. 67, Exit 282 off of Interstate 94. Go 2.5 miles into Oconomawoc, take left right after Hospital onto Forest St. and go 0.5 miles to the end of the road and your in the park parking lot. It's right by the high school. Looks very nice, quiet and shady and free. There is a playground too if anybody has kids. Tell me what you think.
There is somebody on here from Oconomawoc that can chime in and tell us what they think.
