St. Louis is okay. A lot of younger people knock it because it isn't the east or west cost, but hell, 90% of the county isn't. The cost of living is great here, houses are affordable (which kids never appreciate until they try to buy one someplace else) and there's a lot to do.
As for street racing there is pleanty of it, but I suspect you can find that in any well populated area. Honduhs are pleantiful, and very ricey. If you are interested in the street racing thing go to
