Offset and Width

What is the stock width and offset of the 17's on a 2003 Altima? Looking to goto a wider 17 inch for a 245 section tire. I'm looking to get the 5Zigen FN01R-C in a 17x8 or 17x9 depending on the offset. Thanks

17x7 with a +45 offset. Look into 235/50/17's before you buy the 245's. You will probably not need anymore width than the 235's unless you just want a different look for the rims.

17x8 with a +32-35 offset would do you just about right with the 245's, if you decide to go that route.

Also evaluate the difference that 18" rims would make. Most of the guys here keep kicking themselves for not going with a size larger rim

The reason I wanted to stay with the 17's is that my wife doesn't understand that going through potholes is not good. If it was only myself driving , 18's would be the size of choice. BTW the rims I'm looking at are flat black so looks are also a reason
