just n'other noob

okay I've just purchased a 2003 altima 2.5 SL. I'm lovin' the car and I'm excited to mod it out. I know from research that the first bolt ons should be intake and exhaust. I know what I'm looking for in an exhaust but i need some input on the intake. I live in Canada where seasons could affect the intake so i need some sound advice on this particular part. Thnx in advance.

Hey all, just ventured over here from the other forum...exploring.

Anyway Eldwin, the seasons won't affect your intake unless you go with a CAI that doesn't have a bypass and then there's a typhoon in Canada. Here in Minnesota, we run just fine with WAI & CAI. The car really likes this cold snap we're in. If you go with a CAI, I'd strongly suggest a bypass valve. Otherwise, a WAI will be just fine.
