Exclamation What to make of air/fuel from dyno? please help.

http://www.cardomain.com/ride/2646818

wanted to get your guys take on my a/f ratios... running way lean near 15.0 for most of the RPM's.
1) could a o2 sensor be to blame - no CEL on
2) what else would cause it to run so lean?
looks like tuning is a must but didn't know what else may be to blame..

any thoughts would be appreciated. Can't figuire out how to post dyno direct - don't have access?

14.7 is stoichiometric, which is perfect. I don't see how you say it is way lean.

Most dyno's I have seen are the opposite - cars are pulling rich. I am wondering if the fact that my dyno run was done with an exhaust sensor - not using a wideband o2 sensor - would throw an inaccurate reading with the cat deleted so that i may be richer than they dyno says... Thinking about moving the SAFC-II or TS reflash but torn on the best option.

14.7 stoic but most are shooting in the 12.5-13.0 range with the best perf results.
