My name is Gian “john” Falco. I work for Trophy Nissan’s parts dept. I am trying to build our Internet parts sales. We currently provide all Nissan accessories and OEM parts. John, before you reply to David, you may want to address these items in your email. It will help answer some questions before they come up.

In looking at your web site, lets use a couple of parts as examples.
Part #999E2-MM000CH Floor Mats, Carpet-Maxima-Grey $62.50 (2001 Maxima)
Please explain how your discount structure applies to this part/accessory, and what our HNE final price would be, before shipping.

Since your site does list OEM parts, lets use this one.
Part #260602Y985 LT HEADLAMP ASSY - 20TH ANNIV EDITION List $201.32 (Again, 2001 Maxima)
Please explain how your discount structure applies to this part/accessory, and what our HNE final price would be, before shipping.

Since HNE is homed in Houston, what is your shipping policy and pricing policy.

If you are more comfortable addressing these questions in an Email first, before publishing in a public forum, please do so. I want a OEM brand new SR20det, will fully decked out nismo everything.. and carbonfiber everything.. now im thinking along the lines of like.. 1500 total installed by factory nissan tech's..

jk... ill keep you in my contacts though.. cause im sure this 14 year old car is bound to come into some problems sooner or later

I checked the email, but you did not answer the questions on the two examples I gave, or my question on shipping.

Shipping starts at a minimum of $8. Rates depend on the size and weight of the package as you mightve guessed. We ship UPS ground. As for the Maxima floor mats in the example, the internet price is $62.50 , you guys would pay $57.50. The headlight internet price is $201.32, your cost would be $161.06. Basically, accessories are cost plus 15% and OEM replacement parts are list minus 20%. Hopefully, this clears everything up!
