I need windows tinted

Hey I need my windows tinted. I remember someone at one of the meets who had a shop off 290. Does anyone happen to know who that is and how to get a hold of him. It's getting pretty hot, and no tint makes the A/C pretty much useless. Thanx

he'll do pretty much whatever you want, but you'll have to deal with the cops if you do.

I've got 35% up front and 20 the rest of the way around.. you can barely see the difference from the side of the car, and I'm happy with the choice.. I'm still legal, yet it's almost too dark to see at night.

I have a 240 and it's not cheap to tint the hatch but heres a few suggestions..

Ok I got a good price of $175 THAT INCLUDED 1 PEICE ON THE HATCH.

Do not get the hatch glass in more then 1 peice it looks crapola..

I got 5% on back and 2 small sides. and 20% on 2 front, looks good and it's not to dark on the front windows, just perfect.

For the tint,I recomend going 35% in the front and 20% in the back and 35%(if you want to see better at night) or 20% if you want to get the interior look dark,I wouldn't go anything over 20% in the rear, cause it's scarely to back up at night, can't see sh!t.Plus it's legal.

u can put 2 on your back window thats not illegal all of your side windows have limitations..

I have 5 on my back window and if you can't back up with a dark window ur just a bad driver. Use ur mirrors and common sence u'll never hit anything..

I park in Manhattan day and night and I never even tap another car. I drive on the notorius FDR drive change lanes fast and never hit noone, why because i pay attention to my surroundings...

If your a unsafe and insecure driver i don't suggest tint at all, if your a fine driver then the darker the better trust me. 5% at night you can still see through just fine keep the tint clean with non amonia windex and you can see everything even in the rain.. U'll regreat having light tint and wish u got it darker, 35% is barly any tint at all, you might as we'll smear some dirt on ur window.

no offense man, but you're quoting laws from a state that doesn't apply here. darkest legal in TX is 35% on the fronts and 20% the rest of the way around the car.

being a "good driver" doesn't mean squat when you get pulled over and the cop hands you a razor blade. it also doesn't mean squat the first night you had a couple too many and have a friend drive you home so you don't have to leave your baby in a club parking lot- we all know better than to do that!

I wish a cop would hand me a razor blade.. I would say thanks and put it in my car and keep it.

NO OFFICER or state trooper has any god given right to make you damage your own vehical or even do it himself. i would laugh tell him go ahead issue the ticket your gonna anyway... 4 letters in NYC CCRB and any cop will shut up.

Also your back window is legal as long ur side mirrors can see a distance of 200ft behind your car. ( you have to read the fine print).

Just tint that sh!t....

i couldn't really hook up the tint meter to my rear windows, but i had them "limou'ed"(???) but my front sides are at 20%. and 25 on the front sides will still pass state inspections, but would be something for cops to pull you over. oh yeah, the rears are really really dark.
